In the great words of Hall and Oates, I've been "Out of Touch" with the world and with myself for a while. 

For years, I've been searching for the motivation and answers to calm the little voice inside me that yearns for peace. I've finally decided to document this journey. I hope you've stumbled upon this blog with similar intentions or even for a little entertainment.
